I have stayed in New York many times, and this by far was the best. We arrived at hotel early was hoping to be able to leave our luggage while we went walking around the city. Well not only was our room ready they upgraded our room to a suite. I did not find anything wrong with this hotel except the minibar. A 12oz can soda cost $13.28 that was insane. But that was my fault for not checking. But when I am in New York this is my home from now on.

This was a great experience! The staff was friendly and courteous. I wish my room would have had a view, next time I will spend the extra money for a view.
