The bathroom had lots of mold and broken drains causing flooding. Also, paying for an extra person didn't mean receiving extra basic facilities for them to sleep. Ended up sleeping on the floor.

"Great new hotel but there are areas of improvement. The location is not bad ~15min walk to myeongdong street. The hotel is super new but has issues (i.e. shower leaks to toilet, balcony is super dirty). We booked the suite, for some reason the 2nd bedroom had no door and there were no kitchen pots, ..."
