"The apartment sits on an isolated outcrop of volcanic rock overlooking the sea. Lucia greeted us very warmly on arrival and gave us detailed information about the apartment and the vicinity. Her son Jose provided English translation. The apartment, which is very clean, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. We were a party of five. Our son slept on the sofa-bed in the living room. The bathroom has an excellent shower. The well equipped kitchen has a two burner...

"We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing."

"We have just returned from an 8-night stay at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing. We arrived late in the evening, just 15 min before the restaurant was about to close. The lady at the reception (Rachel) was very polite, professional and helpful. She informed us that we could still go and have our dinner in the restaurant which was very much appreciated after a whole day travelling. "Great hotel with lovely staff. They reached out to us before check-in to ask if we needed special pillows or yoga equipment in the room, as well if there were allergies or dietary preferences. The whole hotel smells so good, like the toiletries they use. The mattress, pillows, and bedding are super comfortable. Good breakfast in ambient roofrop setting. Fatima at breakfast is incredibly nice and attentive. At check-out, they gave us local snacks to have on the journey back. Highly recommend!"
