You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. "If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount...

"The condo was perfect! I would definitely stay there again, however the property needs some tlc. The gym smelled of mold and the equipment was dusty. The outside area overlooking the balcony had quite a few broken lounge chairs and hammock pile up under a tree. It was not a pleasant sight. Everything else was great. No complaints about the room. It was a bit quiet but it didn't bother me at all. "
