"My family and I decided to rent this home to celebrate my 60th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful and is only 2 minutes out of town. I was a little apprehensive about the train tracks being so close to the house but there were only about 6 trains a day which was not disturbing at all. We would love to come back."

"This was a great location for a couple days of flint hills sightseeing. It was really nice to be just 15 minutes from Manhattan restaurants and close to the scenic byway. The hosts thought of everything you need for a cozy stay and the bathroom was like a little spa retreat. We had a great stay!"

"This beautifully restored bit of history made for a wonderful family vacation to attend the baptism of our grandson. 5 family members stayed here with plenty of room to spread out.
