"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back."

"I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. "Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Place was well equipped and enough room for us. The balcony really made this place sitting on a morning with a coffee to on an evening with the sun setting and then looking up at the stars. The views are amazing and made the holiday. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Parking is a bonus although a bit of a trek up the hill. "

"Les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos. C’est fait de bric et de broc avec des matériaux de seconde zone. Pas d’ascenseur et c’est haut par de petits escaliers. Petit déjeuner médiocre. "This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "
