"Room thermostat would not work, maintenance came in and turned heat on but there was no way to turn it down or off. Hotel was sold out so the would not move me. Second day the gave me a high floor room with a great view. Location of the hotel is great. Parking at $40 a night is not helpful to the total price of the trip. Staff was very professional, room cleaners were great"
