"Nice affordable beachfront property. I would probably book again. Pet friendly . Cleaning staff could be more observant. Left over containers left in fridge and coffee cups not changed.only one in room and trash left in the remaining one. No microwave in our room. The city of Marathon, Florida is a nice place to visit. Plenty of attractions to see near by."

"Conveniently located by the dolphin research center. Rooms are older and you can tell they have been renovated. They were very clean. The small beach area was beautiful to sit in the hammocks and look out over the ocean. "

"This place is AWESOME. We stayed here for a conference that we attended. The staff were friendly. We called ahead because we would be arriving after hours and they had our information packet ready at the office. This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled. They did a great job with the remodel. Everything is very modern and clean. We stayed in a roof that had a full kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, gas burner stove and coffee maker).
