"Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!"

"This is a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Bellagio. Very spacious with everything that you need just off the main area. Not far from ferry. Staying here you feel that you are in the heart of Bellagio. Windows/ balcony open out to street below. Loved it!"

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay at Marco's villa. The views from the apartment and patio looking over Lake Como are breathtaking. Apartment was very clean and well supplied. "Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left."

"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. "Wow!! The views from the apartment were unbelievably gorgeous! The balcony was big and overlooked the water. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer to get our clothes clean. The management gave detailed directions on arrival procedures. I would recommend printing them out before you leave so you have them handy. The little town is so sweet. The food was delicious and it has a ferry stop. I highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment!"
