Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. "We were only here for one night as part of our EU trip but would definitely recommend this hotel! We most likely would stay closer to a different area we preferred more. However this hotel was perfect if you don’t have a certain area you want to be in. The concierge and luggage attendant went above and beyond for us! We were a party of 6 and needed a ride to the casino. Harder me finding a van at the time, so he personally took us and gave us all the information about the town as we drove. The...
