"age with easy access to the dunes and beach. Very near shops and pub. Clean and tidy throughout. No good if you are elderly because of the stairs. It has a downstairs loo by the dining room which saves go up the stairs during the day. "

"Garden not fenced/enclosed as per advertised. our dog found it easy to get outPuppy breeding unit nearby this being a distraction to our dog. Two burners on hob not working, water pressure in kitchen sink very low. tv remote faulty. Had enough after 4 days , left with 3 days of holiday remaining, asking fo a refund."

"A lovely well presented cottage with a warm glow from the Christmas lights as we entered. It had everything we needed for our short stay with the added extra of a welcome basket. The location was great as it was only a 3 mins walk to the dunes."

"A lovely house- comfortable beds and living areas with a well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. Martham is a few miles from the coast and B-roads so house is a good place for exploring but Martham itself doesn’t have much to offer. The pubs are lack lustre and the Co op although nearby is the only shop.The house was charming - the only thing that let it down was the shower which just about functioned but I would otherwise have no hesitation recommending B-roads Rest to others."

"A beautiful house in a great location a few minutes walk to the village and the amazing beach.My only criticism would be the lounge is a bit on the small side for 6 adults but otherwise no issues. The welcome information sent before we arrived was really useful and a nice touch. The garden is really enclosed so the dogs were quite safe roaming around. Overall a great holiday thankyou"
