"We have always had an amazing experiance staying at this location. The staff is always friendly and quick to help us with everything. Travelling as a team can be stressful this location has always taken the stress out of booking, checking in and checking out. "

"Fan for hvac in room was so loud could not hear the television. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone goes to washroom in night, it lights up the entire room. Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this, but it is not explained at front desk. Full elevator thought they were stuck multiple times because of this."

"Great location off the 401 with food and grocery options right on your doorstep. Hotel is freshly renovated and looks great inside. Pool and hot tub were really comfortable temperatures and the included breakfast was perfect! "
