The only hiccup we ran into was 1 of our rooms was a double queen instead of a king and they were not able to correct the issue, but the room itself was still awesome! The resort is new and beautiful, big so a lot of walking required, clean , good food options, beach is nice but not very long , limited to the resort only , water is pretty shallow wish it was deeper for swimming especially on the adult side of the resort where the kids can’t go

This is a brand-new resort that is lovely and clean, with every accommodation overlooking the ocean. Since it was our first time visiting Jamaica, we were unsure of what to anticipate. We were greeted with fresh rum when we arrived at the resort, and the check-in process went smoothly.We relished the cuisine and beverages, the beach, and the lovely design of the poor. Every employee we encountered, whether at the buffet, a la carte restaurants, bar, coffee shop, security personnel, or beach personnel, was fantastic and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The vacation was fantastic.

This is a beautiful property! It opened Nov 2024 and I took my husband there for his birthday in January. The friendly and hospitable staff made our stay very relaxing and fun. Our butlers, Richardo and Davel, were the best! Abigail, who works at the platinum lounge was the sweetest and helped to ensure my husband had a great celebratory week! Sue Ann- Dante, and Dwight were a few of our favorite bartenders/waiters. We look forward to visiting this resort again soon!!

I have 0 complaints about this place! I absolutely loved everything about it. Everyone was so kind and courteous and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the food was amazing. The pictures we saw did not serve this place justice. We loved the resort so much we tried to extend our stay but our room was already booked. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jamaica this is the place. When I come back I will be staying here. Shoutout to these people for making our trip memorable. Henrique, Adrian, machail (big meech), Anna Lee, Slim shady, Ashley, Craig. First time in Jamaica a 10/10.
