The location cannot be overlooked but the food and the service are also great reasons to stay. It’s also pet friendly which just meant I bumped into lovely dogs throughout my stay! Not only is it very central to everything with it being in the middle of the city centre but how clean the rooms are, how safe you feel as a guest staying and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. "The reception staff was exceptional and even though they had a slight issue with the computer system they dealt with it professionally and kept everyone up to date! "The hotel was in an excellent part of Glasgow. The only draw back was how slow the room took to warm up. The bathroom was always cold and I had to leave the door open to warm it up before using the shower. Bathroom is small, shower was excellent. Overall hotel was convenient, clean and staff were very helpful. "
