"Very nice, but the night before we were to arrive we were told the swimming pool was not functioning. Bearing in mind the one day was in the mid thirties, this was disappointing. Our room had an artisan working all day, on both sides of us. One night I had to ask him to stop hammering on our walls at 8 o' clock at night. The hotel staff and very nice and considerate. management need to up their game."

"We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. "All good except the breakfast. It is not on site you get a voucher to go elsewhere. With the Covid I thought this was not right as we weren't informed of this beforehand. We specifically chose a place that included breakfast so that we did not have to go out in Beaufort West. We had to take a takeaway breakfast delivered to us from the place called 4 Sheep and it was disgusting and cold. If you stay there DO NOT include breakfast. "
