"Staff were excellent and very friendly, we arrived well before the check in time but they were still able to accommodate us. Hotel was very clean and modern with a great bar area and relaxing seating areas. The bar is open 24hrs. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. "Excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast. If you don’t speak German (mine is rudimentary) interacting with the staff may be challenging. Some speak excellent English. Others barely speak a word. We walked from the train station. 8 minutes. The nearest entrance had 21 steps. Not fun with luggage. There is a drive-up entrance “around back.” Neither Google nor try hotel staff was helpful in finding it. "
