"Tiziano et Claudia sont très gentils. Vous serez seuls dans la maison, un peu isolée avec quelques voisins, mais peu présents. Des choses sont à revoir : portail, porte d'entrée, cuisine, moustiquaires principalement ; mais globalement, vous passerez de bons moments dans la maison qui est facile à prendre en main. La terrasse et le jardin sont vraiment chouettes. La maison et le mobilier sont basiques et vieillots, vous aurez donc un confort moyen, mais suffisant pour quelques jours. La piscine...

"Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips."

"This was beautiful Villa remodeling 10yrs ago….. now in need of updating!!! Its electrical service is too small run all its amenities….the main circuit breaker tripped 3x’s during our stay! Furniture is all from IKEA and falling apart! Not what you would expect from a Villa of this quality. Owners are in denial of all the updates needed. Caused lots of stress during our vacation. VRBO also did not respond back! We booked a hotel for the second part of our trip"

"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. "Perfect location for our time in Bari. We were walking distance to the water, restaurants and train station. We liked the privacy of the villa--especially the porch and gardens--so relaxing after returning from a day of adventures. The property manager was amazing!
