Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. "Gianvito was a very good host and responded quickly. Clean. Beds and AC was good, location good, walking distance to the sea and the park along the sea. Missing a toaster. Only complaint."

"The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....

"Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso il capodanno presso questo B&B. La casa si è rivelata davvero molto accogliente, ordinata e con tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.
