"We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. "The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....
