"Matera is truly an astonishing place. The apartment worked really well for us as the walk to the Sassi was interesting, not too far yet in a much quieter part of the city. Antonieta was very responsive to our various questions and it’s very easy to arrive in and leave Matera from this location. We parked our Caron the street for free and left it there during our stay."

"The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The host, Maria and Francisco met us there to check in. She must have been baking all day as there were 2 cakes and various breakfast items. We were steps from the main Piazza and the Sassi. Difinately a must see. The caves are over 9000 years old. Truly amazing. We highly recommend this location"
