"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"First time in Lanzarote. This apartment is very well appointed, great pool & great location well within walking distance of beach & restaurants. So handy to airport as well. Would highly recommend."

"The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, the pool area and bar was clean and reasonable priced. The door to enter the apartment had a gap between the door and floor and on 3 occasions we had a cockroach! Not sure whether they were coming under the door where the gap was. Reception did help and acted fast when we called them to get the cockroach out. Aircon was great in the bedroom area. Shower could have done with a good clean but other than that the room was fine. "The hotel was spotlessly clean, the facilities were excellent. Great if you want to be active with a varied programme and equally great if you want to just go and relax. The food was really very good (only experienced Breakfast and Dinner, so can’t comment on Lunch) nice to have a choice of Buffet restaurants. The on-site supermarket is very good, well stocked and reasonably priced. We stayed in a family room (3 adults) it was plenty big enough for us with enough privacy. Very comfortable beds, big fluffy towels and cleaned/made up every day. It had a full size fridge and a microwave and kettle. There were 2 televisions but we didn’t really use and a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. I would say the area surrounding the hotel is not great, quite a walk to Costa Teguise. This didn’t bother us as we were only there a few days for some winter sun. So the coastal path walk was lovely of a morning, we were not looking for anything more than that. If you did want a bit of nightlife out of the hotel, you would need to get the bus from outside or taxi I would say. It’s only about 15 mins taxi from airport which cost 22€ each way. Was very easy to pick up a taxi when coming out of airport and there was a taxi rank just outside the hotel and we only waited about 5 mins for one to come along to take us back to the airport. The hotel reception would have called one if we needed though I am sure. All in all a very positive first experience and we would definitely return. "

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff are brilliant, the room with a sea front view was spotless and felt like new. The shower was the best I've ever had. We even had enough clothes hangers, a rarity. Breakfast was good and the pool area although the water was fresh, was great to relax at. Could not fault the hotel at all, will happily return."
