"We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to park by the front door to unload our things, and quite nice to walk out the back door and be on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was tiny, but I didn’t cook the week we stayed there. The condo needs some TLC. With a few small repairs, some paint, and a little updating, it would be a real gem."

"We absolutely loved the resort. The location was very convenient. The condo was spacious and clean. The beach theme decor is wonderful. We were a little disappointed that the shop with ice cream, Starbucks and gifts was closed for the season. The construction going on in our end of the building was noisy at times is you were on the deck but that could not be helped.We will most definitely be back. *****"

"The condo was exactly as described, very clean, wonderful location, right on the beach. We loved having sliding glass doors in both the living and sleeping areas. We only cooked breakfast there but we had all of the utensils, dishes and pans that we needed. We did leave a small beach umbrella in the laundry closet. Thanks for offering this great property, we didn’t want to leave!"

"This unit is amazing. It is immaculately clean, has incredible ocean views from the balcony, and the interior is gorgeous with a beach theme décor. The grounds and pool area are amazing. There is a surplus of shopping and restaurants nearby. Helen, the owner was very easy to work with and provided all you need in terms of dishes, towels, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone."

"My family and I enjoyed this condo SO much and have already decided we will be staying here again next year! It was the perfect location for enjoying restaurants, Pier Park and the airport. We never had to wait long for an elevator and it was only steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. "

"We enjoyed the very close beach access, the coziness of the decor, close proximity to groceries, a drug store and more general shopping in Pier Park. There is a constant "white noise" from the dehumidifier but very little street noise. The kitchen was small but all appliances were new. pool is not heated. and worked well. "
