There were very nice details from owners and property manager, providing enough clean towels, personal items such as tooth brush, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was well equipped, grill ready to use, and the location of the property was excellent. The furniture available, including beds and living room sofas we comfortable, and the A/A worked perfectly. I strongly recommend this property without any doubt."

"Nice condo/ mini house on a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach, with a great breach cart provided. The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. We ate at "lucky fish" and were satisfied. The pool area toward the canal, is very pleasant and fun to people/boat watch. The pull-out couch and sleeper was broken, so our teens slept on the floor. I wonder if this is a sign of the times, that prior renters did not want to say anything, because they were worried about being...

"I was down to visit family and do some local business. The apt. is perfect to a place to relax, sleep, and shower. Access is limited to key fobs and garage opener, so felt very secure and safe. There is NO view out of the windows, just a rooftop and backs of blank walls. This apt. is uniquely situated between an unused stairwell and an exterior hall/doorway to an outside condo so there is no noise from pretty much anything! Staff was excellent too, always very helpful."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. It was well maintained, had lots of touches that made it very comfy and easy, and was located at a perfect spot for an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was that it advertised a king sized bed in the master, which is why we booked it. The bed was actually a queen so we didn't get the best sleeps. But the owner was very apologetic and did change that listing detail. I would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing Florida vacation."
