"The location is great. Easy key collection with guidelines. Conflicting information from real estate to real estate information guide in property. Took days to answer some questions. Some damage to furnishings, damaged fan in one bedroom. Lawn mower men turned up in the yards unannounced. Toilet outside on verandah had terrible stench of stale urine in the hot days. Otherwise, was a roomy quaint old cottage. Internet there but not available to guests."

"The property was clean and matched images. Stairs are definitely an issue as there are no handrails and defiantly not easy to navigate if you are elderly or not too stable on your feet. The beds were pretty hard, the sleep out / trundle was pretty average and ok for small kids but not adults."

"4 stars: We loved our time at the Baybreeze. It is a walk to the beach, shops and bowling club for a easy holiday dinner. Very child friendly with plenty of room for the whole family in a nice quite street. Will be visiting again."
