"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

"The house is a good location, close to the Metro at Rouse Hill. Otherwise, it's awful. It was dirty, with hair and the previous guests' cleaning products left in the smelly bathrooms. We found used cleaning products left around the house. The beds were not properly made, and the linen was not clean. There were eight towels (most of them stained) for ten guests.
