"Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"

"Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised"
