"I enjoyed this hotel immensely with my husband and three children. However, we had to reserve two rooms per night and we had to pay exorbitant fees to utilize the pools, something that I was not warned about via Expedia."

"Unfortunately, Orbitz says that this property has a steam room and a sauna when in fact it has no steam room and the sauna is only for men. The hotels website states this correctly. Orbitz needs to correct this in their description. "

"This is such an amazing place and I wish I could have stayed here much longer. The unit I stayed in was beautiful, with a mix of traditional Korean hanok surroundings and modern furnishings, including a comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and speaker. The place was immaculate and came with nice touches of comforts, including coffee, tea, water, and ramen. The hostess was incredibly helpful, even though we had to use some online tools to help translate. The location was right in the middle of the charming old area, with restaurants and stores hidden around every corner."
