In terms of location, you step out of the door and you see the arch into the main road of the old town. Staff were friendly and they sold drinks and snacks at reception. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest. Overall, an excellent experience with great service, and I would happily stay here again."
