"We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but unfortunately the weather in Koh Samui was monsoon so we decided to stay for one night and go Bangkok But that was a hard choice because the facilities and staff here were so fantastic to us, the ambience of the hotel was great and location was in the middle of everything you needed The breakfast was brilliant and after telling the staff we was going to check out early due to the weather, they provided us a private car to the airport I wish we could have stayed here for longer "

"The property is slightly older but well maintained. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. It is near the Chewang beach area and basic facilties are easily accessible around the area. "

"Everything was great about this hotel. When I checked in they took me too my room. It was raining so I turned on the TV. There was no sound from the TV. I called and Maintenance came to take a look. They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "

"Perfect location and friendly staff members especially the guy from Myanmar in the reception, lovely guy to have met. Also all other staff members were very polite and always greeted well. We stayed at Garden villa for a day and ocean view villa for few other days. Honestly speaking my boyfriend and I preferred the garden villa as was close to the restaurant and other amenities especially when going out of the villa, but ofcourse we enjoyed using our jacuzzi and ocean view from our other villa. The hotel is very close to fisherman’s market and there was this scooter renting shop 5 min walk away which was very cheap. Breakfast had so many options to choose from. Highly recommend staying here"

"I extended my stay as I was enjoying the experience. Not overly busy as still in the low season (early December) so nice & quiet around the pool area. Allocated a standard room with pool & sea view 3rd floor which was a bonus. No noise from other rooms. Clean rooms & a great shower! The Ibis has a small but well equipped gym & not overly busy. I paid for the breakfast once - a decent buffet (250 baht) with a chef who cooks your eggs to your request but I liked the walk to the independent restaurants & coffee shops more. Location is on the north Bo Phut beach - the last in a long chain that take you east towards Fisherman’s Village. Hotel is a short bus drive from north port (150 baht if coming in from other islands) or similar distance if arriving at Samui airport. An easy 15 minute walk to Fisherman’s Village especially the night markets that are running most nights. The hotel has its own beach front & is family friendly but provides privacy & quiet areas for adults. The pool has a bar with happy hour twice daily along with a beachside massage service. "
