"Me and my partner stayed here twice, once in October for our anniversary then again in December. The hotel is amazing and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They upgraded us to a suite on our second stay and the room was outstanding with lovely views onto Leidsplein. 5* trip. Massive thanks to Skylar for your service and gift."

"Excellent hotel conveniently located across AMSTERDAM centraal railway station. Walkable to most key attractions, boats, public transportation and restaurants. The concierge and staff and very friendly, cordial and helpful! Breakfast at the hotel is really good - tasty and quality good. Room service is good as well. "

"I always love staying at the CitizenM Schiphol. Just a short walk to the airport terminal, and also easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal station (just a short train ride away). Most of all, the staff at this hotel are excellent--all so friendly and cordial. Notably, I always have the best treatment from Rafaela, Valentina, and Leandro. "

"Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "
