"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"Beautiful property. Far exceeded my expectations. Service was incredible. The room was so luxurious and the property grounds were lovely. I wish I stayed longer because the breakfast for my one night stay was so delicious and I would have liked to enjoy that for a few more days!
