"I was traveling with my 2 kids so we wanted 3 beds. In typical European fashion it was 3 beds next to each other but it was comfy able and it worked well for 2 nights. I was worried because this was the old air base billeting building but it was nice, I felt safe, and it was clean. The hotel doesn’t have AC, which I knew when I booked, so be mindful of you are traveling in the summer but when we went, early June, having the windows cracked was all we needed."

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

Weniger schön war, trotz Ankunft am späten Nachmittag, Zimmer sehr kühl da Heizkörper nicht aufgedreht waren. Duschen bei der Temperatur nicht möglich. Und abends um 21 (!) "Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Receptie is beperkt open. Het hotel is mooi en rustig gelegen, maar wel hoog. Met de fiets vanaf het treinstation van Kyllburg, is het 1 km klimmen. Wij moesten te voet gaan met de fiets met bagage aan de hand. De kamer was ruim met 2 éénpersoonsbedden, waarvan 1 een goede, stevige matras had, maar de tweede een veel te zachte matras had. Fles Gerolstein stond klaar op tafel. Waterkoker en tassen werden op verzoek gegeven. Spijtig dat er geen koelkast in de kamer...

"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service.
