"This is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in Utsynomiya. I visit to Utsynomiya once a year, and it is hardly find an affordable while comfortable hotel. Finally, I am able to find one. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Room is spacious.The hotel itself is convenient as it is located nearby the JR station. Staff are helpful and polite. There are many options in the breakfast buffet. I will choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is very close to the station and many dining options available nearby. Over the years I have stayed here many times, and the rooms are a decent size. The room I booked was very functional, but could be seen as dated, as there are no direct USB ports, but if you are travelling, you have your owm anyways. The staff was also very helpful. I had to borrow an iron and board, and they were able to hold our baggage after check out. "
