Romantic Hotels & Resorts in Haiku

"Very nice beachfront hotel for just relaxing, watch sunset, swimming even snorkeling. The room was always clean, convenient just not even 100 meter walk to the beach with the soft sand. Definitely will be staying at this hotel again if we back to Maui."

"Generally speaking, we had a fabulous time at this property. My husband and I were there for a baby moon, and everything went really smoothly. The concierge booked all of our dinners for us. Everywhere we had food was impeccable. All of the food on the property was impeccable. We did book a Mountain View room, and I will say that being right next to the Pickleball courts is not ideal and we were awoken every morning by the sound of Pickleball at about 730 or the sound of workers who were stripping and painting the hallway outside our room starting at 7:30 in the morning. There was a little sound machine in the room, which was somewhat effective, but certainly not ideal to have an entire construction crew right outside your door at 7:30 in the morning. The smell of paint in the hallways being pregnant was concerning. Over the course of our one week stay my husband killed two separate cockroaches in the bathroom. Maybe this is because we were close to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Regardless outside of those issues it was a fabulous hotel and we had a great day. The service is great. The food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody"

"The property and pools were amazing. Pool service was wonderful at both of the pools we used (there were at least 3 pools). We dined at the Kapa Pool Grill and enjoyed the mahi-mahi while watching the sun set. The gym was first class. There is an on-site Lauau that we have gone to several times and highly recommend. The resort is a bit pricy and I was surprised by amount of the daily resort fee of about $140 a day and parking of about $50 a day. I suppose I didn’t read the fine print in Hotels.com. The only issue with the room was that the clock wasn’t risible while in bed. The cord was too short causing the clock to face away from the bed. I couldn’t unplug it to move it to another location because it was plugged in under the head of the bed. While the clock was a little annoying, we really enjoyed our time at the Marriott. "

"We got upgraded to a property across the street at Wailea Ekahi Village. Very happy with the property and want to go back next year. Loved the walking path from neighboring hotel. "

"Ended up staying at The Fairmont after the other property that I’d booked wouldn’t allow me to change the number of days we were staying (had to change our trip from 7 to 5 nights due to scheduling conflicts) and instead that I cancel and re-book. I chose not to re-book with previously booked property and instead chose The Fairmont. Room was nice, service was good and everyone was friendly and attentive. Very pleased and would recommend "
