The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."

"We loved our stay! The hotel was in a great neighborhood and conveniently located next to the cable car stop. There are plenty of restaurants, a Whole Foods, liquor stores, all in walking distance. We were traveling with 2 kids, ages 8 and 10 and we felt safe at all times. We also had a premium double room that had an amazing view. Overall a great stay!"
