Communication was poor among the many subcontractors; signed a contract that was the revealed to say only 'TBD', no welcoming e-mail with door code until I asked for it the day of our arrival, welcoming e-mail had a very negative tone with its list of charges for infractions of the rules including not separating the recycling properly, my single request for an extra 2 mugs and if possible a teapot went unanswered. "A great location, tucked away in industrial part of the north end, and spacious. But the place still needed a lot of work inside—bed half broken, window permanently stuck open with a towel, chairs falling apart. Also not enough supplies—not all windows with curtains, not enough cutlery, etc. Could be a great space with a bit of work."

"Hot tub great. Lighting could have been better. Kitchenette area dark to work in and only had one plug for 4 appliances, made cooking difficult. No TV channels."

"Good sized bedrooms w/ good mattresses, 5 minute walk to ferry; row of restaurants 3 blocks away but kitchen trash can was full, floors were dirty. No curtain on best room facing main street, bathroom smells,closets and shelves are mostly full, kitchen has no stove or hot plate."

"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
