"Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. "There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness.
