Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! "Lovely view of the lake from a standard room. Pool was great, also with lake view. Free indoor parking. Food was good standard with go wide choice of options. Bar prices were very reasonable for Israel. Only disappointment was not being allowed to sit by a lake view window for breakfast. Would I stay again? Absolutely!"

"Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....

"Our stay was very bad. It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this. The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."
