"Our group was 12 people.. 6 adults, 6 kids (boys, ages 10-16). We had an absolute blast! The house is in a great location. The view from the kitchen window and deck is so beautiful. The boys had plenty of space in the yard to play catch, soccer, and football. They loved the kayaks, paddle boat, and row boat. The hot tub was a hit for everyone. "Host was great to deal with and communication was quick. Very relaxing community. Has everything included which is a great plus saving trips to get necessities. House aas very clean and relaxing. Felt like you were actually at home instead of strange place. While cooking on grill outdoors, mother deer and her 2 babies came walking up to me about 10 feet away and just stayed there eating. "Very clean well-maintained place with comfortable furniture and an excellent hotub out back. We weren’t able to have fires outside due to the fire ban, but the indoor fireplace was a nice consolation. "

"Everthing was as described in the listing except the hot tub. That did not look like they switch out the water as often as described unless there is metal in their water that gives it the tint. There was also sand in bottom. We only went in it once. We also had trouble figuring out the arcade. Other than that it was a great time."
