"This place was the cutest and great location! My friends and I came for a girls weekend. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect for us old adults who like our own room! lol There is only one bathroom however was not a problem. So many things were walkable including the beach! We had to connect with Property Manager and straight away she came by and assisted our needs! We would definitely rent again!"

"Our first impression was that the cottage was spotless and we had very easy access thanks to clear directions! The neighborhood was comfortable and neighbors were very friendly! I think they would have invited us to Thanksgiving dinner had we not made plans. Sharon was very responsive to any concerns. I would stay here again!"

"This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."

"We were in town a couple days for a wedding. The communication with Melissa was great, we had no issues accessing the property and it was setup perfect for our family of 3 littles ranging from 3-9. They loved the games and toys to play with. We didn’t have a lot of time to really enjoy the house but if we need to rent a home in OBX again we would definitely rent this one again. The house has every thing you would need for a fun beach trip. It was very clean and well appointed. "

"The house was spacious with a good layout. The property is very old and the house needs a lot of work but it was fairly clean. We originally booked unit one but the day of check in I received a message that there was a conflict with that unit and stayed in unit 2 instead. We did lose a bedroom so my husband and I ended up sharing a room with his dad. The AC was also not working properly on our last night so it was a bit hot.
