Staff are really friendly and lovely. Love the powerful shower, comfy bed. Perhaps the bathroom can do with a few more hooks to hang clothes. We booked 2 rooms, but my kids room didn't get serviced for one of the 3 days. And coffee didn't get replenished. No big deal. I had knee problems so going up and down the stairs was challenging at times but didn't realised that the rooms were on 1st floor when i booked. Perhaps informing customers of the 1st floor rooms might be helpful. Overall happy and will do business with you guys again. Thank you.
