Lovely hotel, super attentive staff, well appointed rooms, like the little balconies over the street and, despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter, it wasn't noisy. Nice breakfast and even room service if you like, also they kept our luggage when we left Hanoi and returned a few days later. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. For this small hotel the breakfast is very good. The room we stayed was very clean and had no bad smell. The water pressure of the shower is strong and no clogging in the bathroom. All the staff are very friendly especially Jennie and Mia. Before we come to Hanoi Jennie already arranged our 2Days/1Night tour to Halong Bay and just pay everything after we check-in at Lotus Boutique. She send us the price and itinerary of our Halong Bay tour before our trip so we are really prepared for our trip. The price was really affordable and the Cruise Ship actually upgraded our room because It's our anniversary day.
