The hotel is very centrally located in the old part of Hanoi. The hotel has some charm with the decor, but is of poor standard and poor ventilation. Moreover, the electricity is very poor and does not work all the time! The cleaning is under standard and there are no breakfast options in the hotel. Not recommendable !!

숙소 위치만 좋고 전반적으로 안좋음
디럭스룸을 예약 했으나 아무런 말도 없이 수페리어룸으로 줬네요. 바꿔 달라고 하니 모른척하다 방이 풀로 차서 없다하고 별루임 욕실은 사방이 곰팡이 일회용품은 너무 오래되어 보이고 지저분함. 커피포트는 너무 더러워서 도저히 사용할 수가 없어요. 단 하나 좋은점은 맥주거리 가깝고 호수 가깝고 위치는 정말 좋아요. 잠만 자겠다면 그냥 자도 됨.^^

The Halong Bay Sapa package that the hotel organized for us was better than what we expected. They pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. Breakfast was included, airport drop off was also included, what a great value deal. We found out many other small travel agents on the street selling crazy cheap tours but we were still replied on the Atrium, you should know you will get what you pay for. This hotel is really do good service.

Great hotel in Ha Noi old quarter. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Staff were very helpful and friendly to accommodate our travel plans. Rooms are decent and tidy, would recommend this place!

OK. To stay. Not so good.
We had to stay in this hotel because our flight had delayed and we had to find some place for the night. We read some good reviews about the hotel so we booked for a room. Room was not that clean. Bathroom was flooded when I entered the room. Room was pretty dark. It was the last room available on that night, so other rooms could be better.
