This is a very centrally located hotel, with minutes of walk away from beer street, food scenes. Good breakfast, the customer service was excellent.

Wonderful service and prompt care. AC works well. Highly recommend. Very walkable area with many restaurants and shops nearby. They have a map of notable attractions.

Great location in Hanoi old quarter. Staff are amazing from front desk to housekeeping. A lot of food options nearby. Within Walking distance to a lot attractions in Hanoi old quarter. The rooms are a bit old/dated but hôtel reasonably priced. Also their car service to Hanoï airport is reasonable, comparable to taking a Grab.

Perfect spot for our one night stopover in Hanoi! The hotel is within a 15min walk of Hoàn Kiém Lake, tons of food options (including lots of vegetarian), a great microbrewery storefront, and the infamous Train Streets of Hanoi. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, David ran us through a map of the area when we arrived which was very helpful. The breakfast offering is simple yet filling, and the place is showing its age a bit but with a lot of fun character and some beautiful decor.

Lovely Two Days
The hotel is lovely. The staff is lovely. Breakfast downstairs is good and you’re in a great location for sites and food. I also stayed elsewhere in Hanoi and, comparatively speaking, this is a quiet street, especially for the location! All good things as far as I’m concerned!

Friendliest Staff EVER!!!
My husband and I stayed here and we loved it. The room and hotel were not the most up to date, but the amazing staff made up for it. We got in late from Narita and Rose set up an airport pick up for us. When we got to the hotel, David was there, ready to assist us. They carried our bags up to our room and had the AC on for us and ready to go because it was 40c in Hanoi. They had complimentary breakfast and it consisted of fruits, toast, breakfast meats, and you could order other things off their menu, like eggs and pho. Before we went out, they offered suggestions for places to eat, things to see and gave us a map to point it all out. We were sad to leave, but will go back one day.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff staff. See definitely better than most 3 star places I have stayed at in the past. Free water for drinking is limited but that is the same all over Vietnam. They arrange transportation and trips too.

I had a great stay at Hanoi Delica. The staff are excellent and accommodating (special shoutout to Linh). The room was small and simple, but it was great for a solo traveller like myself. I highly recommend staying at this place.

On short noticed i checked into the Hotel Delica. All i knew about was it wads in the old quarter and i could walk around and see the sights before i had to leave the next morning. The staff was great, especially Ms Linh (pronounced Ling).

The hotel is walkable to all the areas you would like to go to. Very central and quiet (for Hanoi standards). Special mention to Tom and Rose on reception who went to extra mile to make the stay memorable. This is hotel I would book again for the next time I am in Hanoi
