The location is right in the middle of Old Quarter Ha Noi, walkable to many food spots, shopping, etc. Very clean rooms and comfortable, also fast laundry service. Sky Bar on the roof and a full restaurant servicing delicious Vietnamese food. We will return again,

Best experience of any hotel or resort we have ever experienced. First class service worth a smile. The hotel staff, from the Bell Hops, to the Front Desk, to the Room Attendants, to the Spa Staff, to the Kitchen Staff, all approached their duties with such enthusiasm and sincerity. They were professional yet warm. My husband and I both celebrated our birthdays during our stay. They arranged special birthday celebrations for each of us. They made us feel like family. Our king-sized suite with a street view balcony was just like their photos. The bed was so welcoming and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and never seemed to run out of hot water. It was nice to have bottled water included each day. The decor was beautiful and elegant. We did not want for anything. The location was excellent: in the Old Quarter, but not on a busy street. All attractions were walkable. If you ever find yourself wanting to visit an Asian country, We would highly recommend you look to come to Vietnam. Make Hanoi your first stop. We did it for 10 days and loved it. We also recommend you stay at JM MARVEL HOTEL AND SPAR RESORT in the Old Quartet. You will love it.

Jayce the concierge and Hieu the bartender at the Sky Bar really were some of the best service experiences we had in Vietnam. We had a fabulous creative dinner at affordable prices and the breakfast is great in the morning. The rooms were appointed and modern, with great beds, just not a lot of area to move around inside the room.

We had an incredible stay at JM Marvel in Hanoi! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I had mentioned in passing that my partner was feeling unwell and checked in with us throughout if she needed anything—such a thoughtful touch. Ny who was our main contact point was amazing. He was super communicative and went out of his way to help us explore the city, giving us great recommendations and even helping us book a vehicle to get to the airport. It made everything so much easier and stress-free. I wish I remembered everyone's names.. but Ny's male colleague with the glasses was also a very helpful person. I also appreciated the kind young women in the morning who were attentive and asking us if we needed anything on the way out of the hotel in the morning. This level of care and attention to detail is what sets JM Marvel apart. I can't say enough, highly recommend staying here if you want exceptional service in Hanoi! My partner and I can't really imagine staying anywhere else here.

For a 4 star hotel, they act and provide 5 star level service. The hospitality at this hotel is beyond 5 stars service level. I’d definitely stay here again. The location is prime! It’s truly central to any and all of the main attractions and food, it’s such an easy walk and easy to locate. In other hotels, you’d stand around and wait while they do their thing. But here, you get to sit and chill with some tea and they come to you with room keys and info about the hotel itself. The front desk staff even escorted us to our room with our bags - again, top notch service and attention! Personally, I didn’t enjoy the hotel breakfast, but my friends did and they loved the pho bo and coffee that were served there. I did get to enjoy the hotel spa where we got full body massages and a hair/head wash- some of the best care and service around! It was very relaxing and walked away feeling refreshed! I don't really do reviews but if I do it. You know you made it. JM Marvel Hotel & Spa you live up to your name Marvel. I chanced upon JM Marvel Hotel & Spa when doing my planning for my family (3pax) Christmas short break and to celebrate the siblings Birthdays (2 days apart). We only asked for being central and convenient to save transport cost and unnecessary walking. You know what? The hotels gives you more than what we budgeted for. On arrival Jayce and his team, welcomed us with a mini-tea ceremony and we were treated as celebrities. Our family enjoyed the fruit tea and local sweet treats. We were given a hotel tour so we are familiar with our surroundings and the amenities we can enjoy for what we paid. The rooms were yes smaller than what we are used to for a family room. But this is where the intimacy comes in. Small is Luxury. We got to be much closer. Asking for direction is a breeze. No head scratching because Jayce and his team speaks excellent English. Ask them to draw you a map if you are still unsure. In my trips, I go as close to the local communities as possible. So, Jayce and his team gave me genuine recommendation and advise. This is a feedback not a complain. 2 things that needs management re-looking are:- 1. Sound Proofing - You can hear what the neighbours conversation are. This especially true if they speak loudly and slam doors. 2. Next Room Design - Family Rooms MUST have windows to look outside for Sunshine. Will come back.
