Our stay at the Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel was simply amazing. Right from the start, we were greeted by Phi Long, who helped ensure our check in process was smooth. He was very accommodating and very helpful. He went above and beyond to give us information and his personal recommendations. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The spa was also very relaxing. The staff member, Tra Pham, was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. The food was also delicious. The service is top notch. Special shout-out to Annie Nguyen for treating us so kindly. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is a true oasis! From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we felt the warmth and grace from the staff and enjoyed the beauty of this lovely boutique hotel. It is also in an exceptional location, close to great restaurants and a top-notch jazz club. And the rooftop bar is absolutely fantastic. Don't hesitate to book this lovely hotel and look for Ann at the reception, as she will take wonderful care of you during your stay.

The Peridot Grand is an exceptional hotel! The rooftop bar and pool are gorgeous, the service is warm, respectful, and personal. Ann, in particular, was exceedingly gracious and helpful! We stayed three nights and felt right at home each time we entered this beautiful hotel with its fantastic amenities. The breakfast was outstanding, too! We can't wait to come back!

Great breakfast buffet to start a day of Hanoi exploring and immersion. The Old Quarter can be quite hectic and noisy but the hotel offers a quick respite from it all.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of many places a tourist will want to see. The rooms are excellent and in particular, the breakfast buffet was a wide mix of Asian and Western. It was definitely a highlight. If I am ever in Hanoi again then this would be the hotel I would book again.

The hotel property is nice and clean. Staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is really good with many options. Rooftop bar is also very nice. Enjoyed our stay here. The views from our room could use some improvements — but it’s part of the thrills I suppose. The location is pretty centered and it comes with the territory. We will stay here again. Cheers !

Staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and there was so much variety of food to choose from. I would highly recommend the spa treatments as well as just chilling by the pool. At night you could see the train coming to the train street. Both restaurants are exceptional and Sky Bar has one of the best views of Hanoi. I would highly recommend staying at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel.

Fantastic property for exploring Hanoi. We stayed for two nights on our tour of Vietnam. The staff is incredible and willing to help you with dining, tours, and transport. Walkable to shops, restaurants, train street, and much more. On site dining and roof top bar were great. Live music both nights. The included breakfast is inclusive of delicious western and Vietnamese cuisine. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hanoi.
