"Stayed here for 2 nights while seeing the sights in DC. Place was very clean and spacious. The balcony off master bedroom was huge and another small balcony off kitchen. The location was very convenient to jump in an Uber to go in city to see the sights. Would definitely stay here again while in DC. "

"This house is located close to DC, about a 30 minute drive into the city. The neighborhood seems safe and fairly quiet. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The owners had left basic groceries for breakfast: milk, OJ, cereal, bananas, coffee, tea. This was a nice extra touch. There were also some cookies (which we are) and a bottle of wine (which we didn't drink). The bathrooms were stocked with TP, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc . It was nice to not have to pack all of the paper products...

"This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! "The house a was clean and beautiful, very cozy with plenty of room. The pool was a little cloudy and the the bottom of the pool was coming up and it wasn't filtering the water Right. Over all I would love to stay at this home again wasn't filtering right.beautiful and warm but wasa"

"Enjoyed the location and proximity to the city. Water view and firepit enjoyable. Disappointed that the dock and kayaks not easily accessible. House needs some tlc (we provided a list of easy repairs/maintenance needed.) Love to know why the ceiling fans and lights go on and off randomly."

"My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

"Our group had an amazing time staying on this property. There are many areas inside the house as well as outside the house where you can gather with family and friends. It was very quick and easy to order Ubers/lyfts to the downtow Annapolis area whenever we needed. The house is also convientely located near a small shaping center less than a mile away. We would highly recommend this property!"

"This property is by far one of the best instayed. Very spacious, comfortable beds and in a beautiful quiet area. When we had minor hiccups or just needed things adjusted the owner comunicated quickly and efficiently. She did all she could to make myself and guest as comfortable and happy as possible. "This is a very comfortable and convenient location to dining and major highways, we stayed here for 30 Days while waiting on our home to be finished and it did not disappoint, was more than enough space. Love all the special touches to ensure you have what you need. My wife loved the stove and oven for her kitchen away from home. "It's a very sweet place and served our needs well. We were glad to have the washer and dryer, kitchen and different spaces to be in. We came very late at night after driving through a heavy rainstorm. It was difficult to find the house, the door and the keys. We were grateful, however, that Christina replied so quickly to all of our many "we're lost" texts. Christina and her husband were both very sweet, lovely people.
