"Generally property was good, few minor niggles as expected . Good area for transport and shopping. Neighbours often on the louder side. Utilities working mostly, except temporary water supply on evening before return trip. Ideal for short or longer stays as previous experiences in same city demonstrated totally inadequate water supply, hot or cold! "

"Stay was fine overall but what we don't get is why the staff ask multiple times if everything is okay (and then do exactly nothing about any of it). Hot water was out one morning and took all day for them to fix with no explanation."

"Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful—no fault there at all! However, the prices of things is outrageous. A buffet breakfast is $32.00 and buffet dinner is $37.00. If you need...
