"When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

We organised an airport pickup and Ismail was waiting right outside even though our flight was delayed and it took ages to get through security. The room was clean and had everything we needed. "I stayed there with my family- 2 rooms and they were a nice size; the spa and hamman were very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer-so all in all a good choice. I personally did not care for the breakfast and while it is a very good location for being near but not in the souk cars cannot come or drop you right at your door so a woman alone or anyone with a walking problem might not be comfortable there "
