"We liked the garden and the surroundings. But our room was not clean, and had little cockroaches and ants walking around. We paid around 5oo British pounds for two nights, insulation was poor and very noisy. There was a horrible smell of sewers in entrance to our room and inside room. "

"Location was very good—Marrakech train station was right across the street. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. They helped get us taxi transportation whenever we needed it. They stored our baggage for one day when we had another overnight excursion before we returned to the hotel for another night’s accommodation. Pool and amenities were lovely.
Only negative was that they did not have enough local currency available for currency exchange."

"This is a beautiful property in the heart of Marrakech. It is very charming and the staff were extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The property is 20 minutes or less walk from ever thing worth seeing in the Marrakech which made it very convenient to sightsee.
The only negative is that the entrance is on a street that is not very accessible by vehicle. A taxi can make it to the front but it is not recommended. This was a minor annoyance as we had to set meeting locations with tour vans and taxis a few minutes from the hotel. Absolutely not a big issue for the many benefits of the staff and locations. "
